**Job Description**:
The HR Generalist works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as the key central point of contact for all Robert Bosch Mexico associates for general HR inquiries demonstrating broad HR knowledge and **strong customer service skills**.
- Develop and implement projects and/or** improvements **in the area.
- Provide general support to deploy central and local policies and initiatives HR related.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Bachelors Degree**:

- **1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is required**:

- Previous HR experience (payroll, personal administration, Federal Mexican Law)
- ** INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED ENGLISH, CONVERSATIONAL**:

- ** Customer service oriented.**:

- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to multitask to meet workflow demands.
- Ability to maintain decorum in the highly confidential nature of the work
- ** Excellent computer and software skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Microsoft Office, including Excel Macros.**

Knowledge:

- ** Federal Mexican Law (Intermediate)**
- ** SAP (Desired)**
- ** Payroll: INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS (Entry)**
- ** General Knowledge in HR processes**
