**The Opportunity**
This role is responsible of executing the end to end internal and external recruitment process for Tech open positions aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**
As Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner your functions would consist of
Execute end to end external recruitment process:
- Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process, SLAs and profile
requirements.
- Job Description review and requisition posting on ATS and job boards
- Ensure slate diversity representation requirements
- Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.
- Obtain Total Rewards and HR approvals if needed.
- Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire,
Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including
functional hiring managers, HR partner in order to foster partnerships.
- Active participation in Talent Acquisition Projects (Global Scope)
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Education
Bachelor's Degree
_(Business, Psychology, HR, or related)_
- Experience
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills
- Experience recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles would be considered an asset
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and time management
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (i.e., iCIMs or other) preferred
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactive communication
throughout the process
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
