**Responsibilities**:
**TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST - Temporary for 3 months**
**Main Purpose**
This role is responsible for executing the Talent Acquisition process for open roles that give service to roles that are transitioning to our capability center through active search and screening leveraging technology and Talent Acquisition platforms while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed, be the point of contact with the Hiring Managers and Interviewers to set expectations, report statuses and get the new hires through their onboarding to PepsiCo.
**Accountabilities**
- Manage Intake Meetings with Hiring Manager from the business and Hiring Manager from the team to align profile requirements.
- Share profiles with Senior recruiter
Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Advanced english is a must
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or related.
- Strong communication skills to influence decision making
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
