Our internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E). As an Intern, you will be:

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be currently enrolled in** a Petroleum Engineering or related Bachelor’ degree** program and have **at least 1 year left of school**.
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to **3.75 out of 5.0 **or the equivalent in your country
- Be fluent in oral and written** English**:
- Have the **legal right to work **without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied
**As a field engineer intern**
You will be collaborating with Management and Technical aspects in engineering and operations functions to ensure comprehensive management of the service delivered by IWSS.
**Main responsibilities**
- Provide support in the compliance process for the development of performance indicators, progress graphs, intervention times and administrative aspects of the Wells.
- Collaborate with the APMs in the coordination activities of the wells to understand the client's well construction objectives.
- Provide support in the design of a work program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet client objectives, maximize revenue potential, and secure future work assignments for Baker Hughes
- Collaborate with the assigned service delivery coordinator or vendor to ensure that any risk of not meeting the client's objective is communicated to the client through the appropriate channels/processes for the respective client
- Provide support by accurately documenting any calculations/simulations/revisions to the plan and/or changes during project cycles so that dependent teams can perform tasks accurately and compliantly for audit purposes
- Provide support by comparing planned work to executed work, document lessons learned and develop recommendations for further improvement of procedures to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate in the analysis of product/service related field incidents
- Participate in incident investigations when necessary, ensuring that the end-to-end process (including planning, preparation and execution of work) is considered in determining the root cause(s) of the incident along with appropriate corrective actions
- Assist in the timely management of incidents to enable rapid resolution of customer issues and advise on product improvement opportunities in the event of repetitive component failures.
- Provide support on specific product line responsibilities as appropriate.
