We are seeking a highly skilled Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Downstream OE & Compliance Division (DSOE&CD) in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and consultation to department staff on maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards, and practices.
- Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace, conducting surveys and on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
- Develop and implement controls for identified hazards, measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare safety orientations, training, and job site inspection procedures, directing or assisting in the development of specialized education and training materials.
- Participate in Safe Operations Committee meetings and review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science from a recognized and approved program.
- Minimum of 8 years of related safety/operational experience and/or training, preferably in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge or training in occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental, and/or international standards.
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
