**What You'll Do**:
As a **Jr Research Analyst**, you will play a crucial role in supporting research projects, contributing to insightful delivery, and ensuring operational excellence. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:

- **Research Execution**: Assist in the execution of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct data analysis using statistical software and tools to derive meaningful insights and trends from research data. Support the team in translating complex data into clear and concise reports.
- **Questionnaire Creation and Programming**: Contribute to the development of questionnaires, surveys, and research instruments. Assist in programming online surveys and ensuring the smooth functioning of data collection tools.
- **Questionnaire Testing and Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough testing of questionnaires to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal respondent experience. Perform quality assurance checks to identify and rectify any issues or errors in data collection instruments.
- **Operational Excellence**: Drive operational efficiency within research processes, optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and project management strategies. Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective project execution.
- **Insightful Delivery**: Translate complex data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations. Effectively communicate findings to clients through impactful reports, presentations, and workshops, driving strategic decision-making.

**What We're Looking For**:
