Manager Client Operations Support I

**Objetivo**: Garantizar que todas las operaciones se lleven a cabo de un modo apropiado y rentable.

El Gerente de Operaciones brindará liderazgo, dirección y coordinación de todas las actividades para el grupo de Operaciones, que incluyen las operaciones de depósitos y pagos, servicios electrónicos, servicios de tarjetas, procesamiento de transferencias bancarias, cuentas bancarias en línea y móviles.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura finalizada
- 5-8 años en rol similar.
- Inglés avanzado
- Excel avanzado
- Experiência en sector financiero, Fintech, medios de pago.
- Expertise comprobable en adquirencia.
- Gestiona todas las fases de las operaciones de depósito y pago.
- Expertise en operación de Call center, backoffice, soporte y boarding.
- Experiência en gestión de personas: presencial y remoto.
- Seniority intermedio: capaz de entender e implementar estrategia, trato con C level y gestión de equipos de trabajo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidades de negociación sólida.
- Capacidades comprobadas de gestión de proyectos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de Informes de gestión de KPI para medir los factores críticos de éxito y la eficacia general. Elaboración de informes operativos mensuales estándar.


- Desarrollar y motivar un equipo de alto rendimiento comprometido con la excelencia en el servicio en todo momento.

-Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear de principio a fin, controles clave de procesos que mitiguen de manera efectiva el riesgo operacional de la compañía.
