**Engineer, Product Dev - Eng'g**:

**Requisitos**:
Ingles Avanzado

Ingenieria terminada o proximo a egresar

Conocimiento en: Autocad

Disponibilidad de horario de L-V 8:00 a 4:30 pm

Actividades:
1) Seleccionar accesorios de conector (terminales, sellos, TPAs, CPAs, etc) para ser usado en el arnés.

2) Seleccionar componentes indirectos no establecidos por el Customer para usar en el diseño.

3) Crear NCRs (New component Request) para desarrollo de nuevos componentes.

4) Asegurar que las combinaciones de terminal, sello y cable estén aprobadas por USCAR-21.

5) Crear/ empezar proceso de Component Project List) para nuevos componentes.

6) Interactuar con el equipo de Costos para analizar el impacto en los costos de un cambio de ingeniería.

7) Crear cambios de diseño en BEAMS (PRs, STAs, PA’s).

8) Seguimiento de las Tareas de BEAMS asignadas.

9) Crear Instrucciones de retrabajos en ARS.

10) Importar información de Sistemas en el 2D drawing.

11) Determinar la ubicación de los empalmes de manera óptima.

12) Comunicar el contenido y el estado del diseño, los cambios de ingeniería y los requisitos de construcción al cliente interno. Así como análisis de DRCs que permitan liberar un diseño óptimo.

13) Apoyar a las plantas de Manufactura con resoluciones o aclaraciones sobre la implementación del cambio de ingeniería.

14) Apoyar las propuestas de Manufactura (DFM).

15) Apoyo al lanzamiento de la planta de ensamblaje para nuevas fases.

16) Apoyar o Generar iniciativas de reducción de costos (VAVE).

17) Análisis y resolución de problemas a través de metodologías de calidad.
