As a Consultant IT, OCM you will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and mere.
As Baxter transforms our IT organization into an innovative and strategic partner to the business, a key initiative is to invest in our IT talent in order to develop new skills and stronger business acumen.
