**Your Role**

Analyze business needs, document requirements, design, develop and support automation (RPA, Chatbots, IDP ) processes as per the operational needs of the organization. Manage project tasks and provide regular status.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical design for implementation.
- Develop code adhering to solution design and architecture, quality standards, and best practices
- Work with customer teams to ensure project delivery is on schedule
- Provide support during feature and release testing for quality assurance.
- Provide technical direction to junior team members and contractors.
- Monitor performance of deployed automation solutions to ensure reliability.
- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
- Assure the quality of the automation, in alignment with the approved governance framework.
- Collaborating with system owners and functional leads to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
- Research emerging technologies related to Automation development.

**What you’ll bring**
- Solid expertise and skill developing automation products in BluePrism and/or PowerAutomate. Experience developing Chatbots is a plus
- Management of stakeholders and their expectations.
- Ability to work with cross-functional matrixed teams to deliver on a common goal.
- Interpersonal skills and development of relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and customers.
- An analytically sound mind, deep understanding of the automation lifecycle and proven record developing automation solutions
- Experience with ITSM Process; experience with Service Now or Jira is preferred
- Must be able to work with others in different time zones
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Outstanding project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Effective communication skills - written and verbal

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus
- 6+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT.
