**Position Summary**:
The goal of the Sr Business Analyst is to provide and to translate relevant market, industry, economic and financial data into information that enables the business to make better decisions quickly and efficiently, while revealing new insights that create value.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure delivery of the information needs of the region/function as specified the by leadership team.
- Understand the business and data requirements underlying the information needs, working with the requesters.
- Rationalize requests given existing information sources, prioritize requests as needed.
- Serve as the single point of contact for end users to answer questions regarding data, metrics, and reports used by their region / function area.
- The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst will develop a short, mid and long term data roadmap that aligns with Carestream´s business goals in all the regions where we operate. This includes defining the key performance indicators, define data driven objectives and evaluating and recommending technologies and suppliers to enhance our company´s business intelligence capabilities.
- As part of the strategic marketing team, the Sr Business Analyst will work closely with Sales enablement and regional activation team to provide the necessary information and collaborate in the design of the tools and resources to improve our demand generation capabilities and conversion rates. This role will provide Sales leaders with the relevant data driven recommendations to improve sales visibility and coverage.
- The analyst will develop a deep understanding of the different key competitor´s in terms of value proposition, demand generation activities, claims and new releases. The learnings will be translated into strategic input for sales development, marketing and product management.
- Coordinate efforts with other functions/regions RBAs to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of information.
- Design, build and maintain a suite of visual dashboards and reports, that track key business metrics and enable self-service data discovery
- Request and organize master source data for reliable and accurate reporting, leveraging Carestream’s Data Lake (data warehouse)
- Responsible for the submission, consolidation and reporting of global market reports such as NEMA, COCIR and Medtech.
- Works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Business Management
- Maintain the catalog of reports and dashboards with associated status
- Proactively engage stakeholders to collect feedback, educate, and evangelize new data solutions
- Adhere to corporate guidelines, processes, and best practices to design and publish reports, including specifying and controlling data access.
- Share knowledge and help others by collaborating in periodic cross-company data analytics event
- Accountable for Power BI reporting accuracy and quality for their area of Carestream Business / Function

**Required Skills & Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Finance or Marketing or related.

Relevant Experience- 5 years of experience in creation and interpretation of business information.
- Experience with building and maintaining complex quantitative models to analyze marketsand competitive landscape.
- Knowledge of the function / regions business including business processes, systems and data architectures.
- Strong analytical skills
- Some understanding of the organization’s current data sources and existing reporting capabilities
- Understanding relational database and data modeling concepts (table structure, joins, data normalization)
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams outside of your organization and presenting information to help others learn and develop their data analyst skills
- Ability to explore and extract insights from the data and present findings
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas or Microsoft Access (e.g. calculations, pivot tables, macros)
- Willingness and ability to independently develop and enhance personal skills via internet, LinkedIn Learning, YouTube, Podcasts, etc.
- Able to travel to the US eventually
- Intermediate English level

**Desired Skills**:

- Advanced Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Previous experience with any of the following: Data Warehousing, SQL, Visual Basic or other structured programming language, Tableau, Power BI, and DAX programming
- Experience or desire to learn advanced analytics (predictive and prescriptive analytics) and data science.
