- Trabaje activamente con los miembros del equipo para analizar y resolver problemas de aplicaciones.
- Identifique defectos, discrepancias y tendencias mediante la depuración de código o el análisis de registros.
- Gestione los incidentes y comuníquese de forma eficaz con los usuarios, los propietarios de las aplicaciones y las partes interesadas sénior en todas las áreas.

**Conocimientos y experiência necesaria**:

- Experiência como ingeniero de soporte a aplicaciones L2
- Experiência en procesos ITIL con Gestión de Servicios, Gestión de Conocimientos, Gestión de Incidentes
- Experiência práctica en SQL (Pl/SQL), Unix y Shell Scripting
- Lectura práctica y depuración de código Java
