PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In over 40 years of business, we have grown into an international company with over 2,000 trucks and 6,000 trailers. **About This Opportunity**
As a Driver Resources Specialist, you will prevent driver turnover on a daily basis, contacting drivers and giving them a proper solution to their problems. You will plan and help develop drivers to help them achieve their goals, conveying this to all the involved departments in order to keep effective communication.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday 7:00pm to 4:30pm
**Responsibilities**
- Prevent driver turnover as a daily basis.
- Keep constant, effective and professional communication with Drivers.
- Plan to develop and achieve Drivers goals.
- Team player with Driver Managers to ensure improvement.
- Be communicative to notify all departments involved.
- Be proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
- Good level of English.
- Experience in transportation.

- Experience in handling truck drivers.
