Güdel supplies linear motion modules, robot slide tables (7th axes), gantry-type Cartesian robots, and components for OEMs and system integrators, serving industries such as automotive, aeronautics, logistics, power generation, and heavy industry.

Gudel-TSC, with offices in Monterrey, NL Mexico provides its clients with advice, engineering, service, and technical support, as well as mechanical and control updating services for gantries.

For expansion Güdel Mexico is looking for a HR Assitant.

**Main Description**:
This is an entry level HR position requiring a passion for people and “Doing the Right Thing” every time. This role is responsible for promptly and efficiently providing a wide range of HR support and consult in such a manner that builds trust and inclusion. This role acts as the first line of HR support to associates, including guiding and supporting on various HR related areas.

**Main Tasks**:

- Acts with the highest of ethical standards; building & supporting a highly inclusive, high trust environment.
- Provides full employee life-cycle support including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
- Assist and enhance the development of orientation and training for new employees.
- Assists in the compilation and maintenance of files, records and reports related to the Human Resources function with integrity and confidentiality.
- Daily managing of the personnel systems and databases (HRIS).
- Assist in the compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., NOM-035, NOM- 030, LFT, IMSS, etc).
- Ensure compliance with all Gudel Human Resource processes & programs.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, service awards, Friday´s events, holiday parties, among others.
- Builds positive relationships across the team, including internal and external related parties.

**Education, Knowledge, Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Admin., IMA, HR or related field.
- Intermediate level (B2) in English, written and spoken.
- 2 years in similar position (preferred).

**Special skills**
- Ability to provide a high level of professional attention on a consistent basis
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proven high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive, high energy, self-motivated, strong relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, experience with HRIS is a plus.
