**UX Researcher **with a keen eye for understanding user needs and a talent for uncovering valuable insights? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products.
As a UX Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of user-centric design, conducting in-depth research to understand user needs and pain points. You'll utilize various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more, to gather valuable data. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing research plans, analyzing and interpreting data, and identifying trends that drive product innovation.
Your communication and presentation skills will shine as you share your research findings with stakeholders, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape user experiences that resonate with our customers. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring and training junior UX researchers, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. This could involve conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, or other research methods
- Develop and execute research plans. This involves identifying the research goals, developing a research methodology, and collecting and analyzing data
- Analyze and interpret research data. This involves using statistical analysis and other methods to make sense of the data and identify trends
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders. This involves presenting research findings in a clear and concise way to stakeholders, such as product managers, designers, and engineers
- Mentor and train junior UX researchers. This involves sharing knowledge and expertise with junior UX researchers to help them develop their skills
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX research trends. This involves reading industry publications, attending conferences, and participating in online communities
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Master's degree in HCI, UX, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX research
- Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience with user testing, usability studies, and surveys
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Empathy for users
- Attention to detail
