**Function**:Customer & Product Support

As a **_Supervisor, Technical Information Development _**for the** **John Deere Enterprise Technical Information Development Team located in Monterrey or Saltillo, Mexico, you will:

- Coach, develop, and support personnel focused on development and maintenance of customer and technician facing service information for products produced in Mexico
- Support and collaborate with local and global technical authoring stakeholders including direct reports, authoring teams, and collaboration partners
- Foster and sustain an inclusive working environment where diversity can thrive, generating innovative solutions, advancements in technology, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external global stakeholders, including customers and dealers to ensure readiness and quality of content to support products operating around the world
- Support development and integration of innovative systems, processes, and tools advancing quality of content, speed to market, and technician efficiency via diagnostic improvements

- Cross functional experience in areas such as Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and/or Quality Engineering
- Prior experience within Aftermarket & Customer Support
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Knowledge of Product Development and Customer/Product Support processes
- Prior field customer support experience
- Master’s degree
