We are looking for ad operations support for our Paid Social team for a fashion e-commerce company.

What You’ll Do
- Utilize Smartly (3rd party optimization and building platform), Trello (project management tool), and Ads Manager to build a variety of campaign/ad set types ○ Meta

- Weekend optimization of Meta

○ We will give you direction in terms of daily budget, and you will be responsible for accurate pacing of spend and VIPs

○ Accounts must be monitored frequently - at least 1x/hour during business hours (9am - 6pm PST)
- Occasional mid-week optimization of Meta as needed by the Media Team ○ We will give you direction in terms of daily budget, and you will be responsible for accurate pacing of spend and VIPs ○ Accounts must be monitored frequently - at least 1x/hour during business hours (9am - 6pm PST)
- Assist with reporting ○ Use our pre-built reports to assist media buyers with filling out weekly performance deck slides ○ Send morning, afternoon, and evening status reports on weekdays and weekends
- Support with a variety of one-off tasks as needed
- Work hours in pacific standard time (PST) throughout the week and weekends Nice To Have, But We’ll Teach You
- Media buying experience on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat ○ Understanding of the platform interfaces ○ Experience with optimizing accounts based on budget goals and other KPIs such as CAC
