The Business Unit Group Manager is a senior-level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Unit Group Manager may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
- Responsible for all cross product technology, regulatory and administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, staffing, quality, risk and regulatory matters
- Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing
- Provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed
- Work with Technology leadership to support the Business People strategy as well as the Communication strategy for the department

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

The Head of Agile Transformation is responsible for driving enterprise agile transformation including scaling the rollout of agile operating model and maturing agile practices and tools.

Automation of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and simplification of process and tools that impact day to day execution for technology teams across Citibanamex Technology.

The Agile Transformation Head will be responsible for the strategy and sucessful execution of Citibanamex transition to scaled Agile solutions delivery.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the Business Agility training program, Organizational Change Management as it relates to the implementation of Agile and the communication and marketing of Business Agility training offerings.

Additionally, this role is responsible for the facilitation of Business Agility Lean Agile Center of Experience and driving organization change.

The Agile Transformation Head will update the operating model framework for product delivery lifecycle (Citibanamex Way of Work).

Will enable tools and processes to establish product-oriented teams capable of delivering end to end experiences to internal and external customers.

Will enable shift to Lean Portfolio Management and establish discipline for portfolio level planning.

Will implement process improvement practices (lean, six sigma, agile, collaboration) and enabling tools for productivity measurement on an ongoing basis. Will educate and coach business into Agile practices and scaling frameworks. Will build customer journeys and product domains that respond to customer needs.

Will facilitate organizational design while managing culture change properly and set up new process to operate the Agile transformation.

Drive the change management program to ensure employees can absorb and adjust to new model.

Ensure new tools and metrics are available at all requirement levels.

Build and assess our maturity and adoption levels of Agile frameworks by managing and driving the current product delivery technology investment portfolio.

This position has an incredibly unique vantage point at the intersection of business, technology and product. As the leader of Citibanamex process simplification, you will be a high-level orchestrator of complex processes that involves large numbers of initiatives. You will act as the face of the transformation, sets the tone, spurs enthusiasm, and challenges current wisdom. Your work will make the organization fitter so we can deliver more value to our customers and execute our ambitious simplification strategy.

- Present concepts and plans at C- & MD level.
- Function as a change agent and evangelist to influence the adoption of agile practices across Technology and the business.
- Contribute to the brain-trust of defining end to end processes.
- Mentor teams, individuals, and leadership beyond the agile processes, educating them on how to think with an agile mindset, discovering fresh practices, innovating new ways to collaborate, and to “be” agile.
