- 1.Atención y resolución de los requerimientos de TI de las aplicaciones del cliente, Principalmente Epicor, los cuales se reciben mediante los siguientes canales: ▪ Teléfono ▪ Correo ▪ Chat ▪ Web ▪ App movil
- 2. Soporte de aplicaciones en sitio y remoto.
- 3. Asignación de casos a equipos de Nível 3.
- 4. Seguimiento a casos con el objetivo de cumplis SLA’s pactados con el cliente.
- 5. Identificar incidentes recurrentes para buscar soluciones de raíz y enviarlas al Queue de desarrollo.
- 6. Analizar la causa raíz de las incidencias reportadas por el usuario.
- 7. Establecer un diagnóstico y proponer una solución a la incidencia.
- 8. Supervisar bases de datos y servidores.
- 9. Aplicar y seguir las instrucciones de trabajo para la resolución de incidentes

Competencias técnicas:

- 1. Atención al cliente
- 2. Soporte en sitio y remoto
- 3. Paquetería Office.
- 4. Conocimiento Epicor (Deseable)
- 5. Conocimientos en C# y SQL
- 6. Conocimiento Metodología ITIL

**PROYECTO DE 6 MESES CON POSIBILIDAD DE EXTENSIÓN**

Sueldo $35,000 netos +PL+Seguro de Vida, Seguro de gastos médicos mayores

**100% Presencial, **Antiguo Camino a Escobedo - El Carmen, (Metroparque) Cd Gral Escobedo, N.L.

**Lunes a Viernes 8am a 6pm**
