**The Role**

As Birdman's Accounting and Administration Manager, you will oversee and manage all accounting, reporting, fiscal, and administrative functions. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team. Additionally, you will manage the administrative functions, including human resources, payroll, facilities management, and procurement.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead Months and year-end processes, including fiscal filings.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure controls, compliance and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. According to NIF and IFRS.
- Prepare and present tax, IVA and IMSS filings.
- Lead the treasury and payroll functions.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee the administration functions, including human resources, payroll, facilities management, and procurement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and assess financial performance and identify areas of improvement
- Stay updated with accounting and regulatory changes and ensure compliance

**Requirements**:
Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- NIF and IFRS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting as a Manager.
- Experience in international companies or leading Accounting firms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and finance information normatives (IFRS, USGAAP, NIIF).
- Experience leading de treasury function.
- Experience leading the payroll function.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and managing master data and accounting configuration.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing administrative functions is a plus
- Knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulations is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
