**Analyst Program Management.
Gestionar proyectos de ingeniería pequeños de principio a fin, o una fase de un gran proyecto, para que se complete a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto. Implementar un plan de proyecto establecido; monitorear el progreso y el desempeño contra el plan del proyecto; identificar, resolver problemas operativos y minimizar retrasos.

**Responsabilidades/Habilidades.**
- Defina la Arquitectura del Programa integrando el alcance del programa, el tiempo de los hitos del cliente, el tiempo interno y superponiendo nuestras Revisiones de Puerta internas.
- Evaluar y calificar la dificultad de los nuevos programas usando el Índice de Dificultad de Lanzamiento, asignar un ID de Programa y mantener los atributos requeridos en el Registro del Programa.
- Coordinar con el Account Manager y el PM Manager para definir objetivos para Flawless Launch Metrics (FLM), rastrear el desempeño de FLM y registrar los resultados en el FLM Scorecard, y liderar el equipo multifuncional para crear planes de mitigación o recuperación de riesgos para proteger el FLM.
- Dirija la organización a través del Proceso de revisión de la puerta: asegúrese de que el equipo multifuncional esté preparado para cada revisión de la puerta, dirija todos los eventos de la revisión de la puerta, documente los elementos de acción de las revisiones de la puerta y dirija al equipo para cerrar todos los elementos de acción en el momento conducta.
- Liderar el equipo multifuncional en la realización constante de evaluación y gestión de riesgos, utilizando los cuadros de mando del programa, el seguimiento de problemas, las reuniones de escalamiento de emergencia y la reunión semanal de escalamiento de programas de liderazgo.
- Dirigir a la organización para definir los requisitos de capital para el programa, desarrollar los documentos requeridos y el caso de negocios para recibir la Apropiación de Capital y administrar el gasto de capital al presupuesto.
- Comunicar y liderar las actividades del programa con todas las áreas funcionales del negocio, incluyendo: Ventas, Finanzas, Ingeniería de Producto, Compras, Cadena de Suministro, Gestión de Demanda, Calidad, Ingeniería de Manufactura y las operaciones de Manufactura.
- Viajar a las plantas de fabricación de PKC de forma periódica en apoyo de los lanzamientos. Los viajes pueden incluir visitas a clientes, proveedores u otros casos especiales.
- Liderar, dirigir y desarrollar un Especialista de Programa si es asignado. Cumplir con los requerimientos ambientales, de seguridad y salud expuestos en la legislación y regulaciones relacionados a nuestras actividades y productos, así como aquellos requisitos de MASS establecidos por la comunidad, nuestros clientes y otros a los cuales estamos suscritos.

**Perfil requerido.**
- Educación y Experiência:

- Licenciatura Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín
- 1 a 5 años de experiência.
- Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

- Conceptos básicos de contabilidad y finanzas.
- Principios de gestión de proyectos y gestión de proyectos / programas.
- Comprensión de control de calidad.
- Competente en la oficina de MS y el software de proyectos de MS.
- Inglés intermedio.
