Join the WK Kellogg Co Family in our Mexicali Plant, as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst. In this role you will play an integral part of the team as you support and monitor our Quality and Food Safety programs, perform verifications and audits of preventive controls. All while working on developing strategies to support the implementation of our WK Kellogg Co Work Streams.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Provide support for verification and validation of cleanings programs
- Monitoring of food safety incidents and defects, rework and/or product sampling,
- Support and monitoring of Quality programs and compliance with the design and image of the product
- Preparation and monitoring compliance with Process Control Procedures, Process Control Formats
- Report incidents, rejections and corrective actions with suppliers

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes or similar field required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Advanced English
- Knowledge of Food Process, PES, HACCP and QFS Programs
- Knowledge in Supply Chain compliance platforms/systems (SAP, Project Management Tools etc.)
- Advanced excel and data analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strategic Mindset, Customer focus
