This is a remote position with travel occasionally to the office for meetings in Mexico City. The employees should be within a 2 or 3-hour drive to Mexico City. They will be working remote 95% of the time.

Essential Functions
- Develop the technical knowledge and skills of all employees, for them to operate the INL systems.
- Provide support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.
- Create and deploys just-in-time, innovative technical learning solutions, from new hire training ongoing skill-enhancement programs
- Create and deploys learning solutions in a variety of formats, and owns Knowledge management for INL, and develops the technical knowledge and skills of the employees.
- Centralize and standardize corporate knowledge.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate user interfaces (UI) that consists of web pages with graphics, icons and color schemes that are visually appealing
- May require familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques, including digital video and audio compression standards such as MP3, and MPEG. May also involve responsive web design techniques.
- Availability for travel.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Essential Knowledge
- Minimum of five (5+) years of experience working in a technical support environment or similar role.
- Minimum of three (3+) years coordinating IT help desk staff.
- Excellent knowledge on Office 365, Microsoft Azure Cloud Applications, and services.
- Excellent software knowledge, including Microsoft products, MS SQL, Exchange, and Apple iOS system.
- Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components.
- Knowledge of Web Applications and clear understanding of the Request Response cycle.
- Good understanding of web Services, API, and IP based protocols.
- Understanding of MS SQL Server or other database systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience generating step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Ability to operate in extreme high-pressure situations, successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible.
- Required skills of negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience creating metric-based reports and leading effective presentations.
- Must pass INL written assessment.

Essential Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (note: Education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for each year served in a professionally related field of employment).

Organizational Fit
- The position is remote. The contractor needs to have Mexican Citizenship.
- Experience working in an Agile team environment.
- Fluent in English (unique working language), English TOEIC 650+ points.
- Spanish professional proficiency.
- Strong in organizational & teamwork skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills: demonstrated experience working closely with multiple stakeholders to determine solutions.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Diplomatic, efficient.
- Hold Mexican passport and US Visa.
- Able to qualify for RSO clearance by US Department of State (background check).
- Experience in working 100% remotely
