Brindamos una atención humana y personalizada, qué va desde el primer contacto con el paciente hasta la recuperación posterior al procedimiento médico requerido, siempre otorgando acompañamiento y respaldo tanto a pacientes como a doctores.

**Sobre el rol**:
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Operations Analyst que se una a nuestro equipo**. **Este rol es ideal para alguien proactivo que quiera crecer, aprender y proponer dentro del entorno dinámico de una startup de etapa temprana.

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocios**: Participar en llamadas en frío y otras estrategias de venta para promocionar nuestros servicios a clientes B2B. Ser proactivo en la identificación y persecución de nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- **Gestión de Clientes**:Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes B2B, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y seguimientos oportunos
- **Gestión de Proyectos**: Gestionar proyectos de manera independiente con supervisión mínima. Organizar y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva para alcanzar los objetivos empresariales
- **Adaptabilidad**: Ser flexible y receptivo a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio, demostrando disposición para asumir nuevos desafíos y roles según sea necesario

**Habilidades y Calificaciones**:

- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión de proyectos
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Comodidad con las llamadas en frío y una actitud comercial o de venta
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y manejar múltiples tareas
- Comodidad con la ambigüedad y un enfoque versátil para la resolución de problemas
- Pasión y deseo por trabajar en una startup de rápido crecimiento

**Calificaciones de preferencia**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o áreas relacionadas
- Experiência en la industria de la salud es un plus
- Éxito en un rol similar en una startup o empresa de rápido crecimiento es un plus
