**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Work as a business partner for the US Performance Team, by providing key performance insights, thus assisting in ensuring that the end market growth activities chip into the financial success and effective prioritisation decisions are made across the value chain. This role, along with Strategy & Planning team, will handle category performance, leading to account level analysis, such as performance behaviour and post implementation results.

The role also will help support the RAI brands and positioning strategies by using big data and sophisticated analytics while collaborating with internal and external partners. Conduct analytics that will provide data insights to drive share growth and improve the return on investment. Develop performance tools and measures to help find opportunities and deliver recommended program optimizations at Retail.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth ()
- Support the Director - Trade & Customer Performance in providing a complete understanding of performance throughout categories.
- Provide analysis of performance across key sales metrics (STW, STR, RSD, Marlin) to identify key trends and drivers.
- Explaining our performance vs both previous trends and planned delivery targets
- Understand our brands, driven brands, and key category trends.
- Partner with key customers (Forecasting, Brand teams, Growth Management, Planning and Deployment, and Trade Marketing) to understand key activities impacting our brands and to ensure alignment of drivers.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- Experience +2 in revenue management, category management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning
- Knowledge and experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.
- Experience analysing reports and analytics generated by data science and statistical models, and identifying issues, challenges, and opportunities.
- Shown interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to have the appropriate level of interaction with partners with required follow ups.

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, Technology, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience in consumer goods strongly preferred.
- Experience developing people in a fast-paced corporate environment.
