**FUNCTION**: DBS - GBS Marketing

**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The expectation for this position is someone who has the ability to provide insightful commercial performance understanding, advising a plan and enabling delivery across business. Additionally, they will lead teams, measure their performance, make them work together to seek automate practices and standardize at all times. A high level of partner management is required to understand the needs both within the GBS and in the United States and provide clear and concise analysis across all categories to understand what is happening in the market with our brands and competitors. Collaborate with the Performance team to unify pricing activity reporting for multiple venues such as DRM, SOP, P&E, among others.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop, lead, and provide structure to the results deliverables of the team.
- Understand our brands, our competitors, and key category trends.
- Provide Analysis of performance across key sales metrics (Sell in & Sell out. Shipment to wholesale and Shipment to retail) to identify key trends and drivers.
- Work across all business categories, seeking to standardize processes and increase results.
- Maintain constant communication with collaborators in the USA to understand needs and opportunities in the process and contribute alongside the team.
- Collaborate with the S&OP (Sales and operation planning) process and multidisciplinary areas. (Forecasting, Brand teams, Growth Management, Planning and Deployment, and Trade Marketing)
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor´s Degree required in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- 4+ years of proven experience in Commercial/market analysis or related area. At least 1 year of Managerial experience with direct reports
- Experience with data analysis/insights and Business Reporting in order to provide useful insights.
- Proficient with Business Intelligence Tools (Micro-strategy, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary areas. (Forecasting, Brand teams, Growth Management, Planning and Deployment, and Trade Marketing)
- Excellent Partner and People Management and Collaboration.
- Capacity to lead Business presentations
- Orientation towards innovation and continuous improvement.
