Ecolab está buscando un **Analista de defectos en pintura automotriz (Basurólogo)** para unirse a su equipo Nalco Water líder en la industria. En este puesto, ejecutará planes de servicio en cuentas estratégicas del distrito, brindará a los clientes asistencia para resolver problemas y generará altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.

**Lo que harás**:

- Toma de datos y selección del catálogo de defectos (identificación de defectos)
- Recolección de datos e interpretación estadístico de defectos
- Generar planes de acción para disminuir DPU, FTT con el cliente
- Generar reportes internos
- Compras en húmedo
- Gestión de limpieza
- Atención a juntas con el cliente.
- Detectar e informar fallas y / o problemas de productos cuando se encuentran fuera de los rangos establecidos, resolver problemas de manera eficiente y ofrecer alternativas rentables según sea necesario
- Realizar inspecciones de equipos para monitorear las condiciones y la calidad de la operación, emitiendo los informes correspondientes
- Participar en reuniones con el equipo para mejorar el servicio al cliente.
- Documentar y comunicar los servicios entregados al cliente, proporcionando claridad y valor.

**Detalles de la posición**:

- Su zona de alcance incluye: Hermosillo, Sonora
- Horario y turnos: Lunes a Domingo (un día de descanso entre semana o fin de semana de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente) Turnos de 8 horas de 6:00 a.m. a 02:00 p.m., 02:00 p.m. a 10:00 p.m. o 10:00 p.m. a 06:00 a.m. (se rola turno cada mes)

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Ing. Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Química o afínes
- Exp. mínima 1 año en identificación de defectos y clasificación de suciedades en pintura automotriz (basurólogo), control estadístico.

**Requisitos físicos**:

- Debe tener la capacidad de levantar/empujar/cargar 25 kg.
- Debe poder acceder y sentirse cómodo trabajando en una variedad de condiciones (espacios confinados, lugares húmedos y / o polvorientos, condiciones de congelación y condiciones de calor)
- Debe ser capaz de realizar físicamente los deberes esenciales de la posición que incluyen levantar, inclinarse, arrodillarse, agacharse, estirarse, mantener el equilibrio, etc.

**Requisitos deseados**:

- Haber laborado en armadora o empresa de autopartes plásticas.
- Certificación Green Belt, Black Belt
- Inglés básico
