Estamos en busca de **Business Development Manager**

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Ventas, Administración.
- Conocimiento de las técnicas de mercadotecnia de servicios
- Manejo de grupos, de personas y manejo de emociones
- Conocimiento en principales áreas de un negocio (Finanzas, Marketing, Operación, Ventas)
- Conocimiento en técnicas de negociación y cierre de ventas.
- Conocimiento de las necesidades del mercado y de los clientes
- Conocimiento en métodos de evaluación.
- Manejo de la base de datos y diseño de piezas de publicidad.
- Amplio conocimiento de las características y beneficios de servicios para el desarrollo empresarial.
- Manejo de paquetes de Microsoft office y paquetes de diseño (Adobe u otro). (Opcional).
- Hablar, escribir y entender el idioma inglés en al menos 90%. (Opcional)

**Funciones**:

- Utilizar y dar seguimiento al sistema de 13 pasos para garantizar el logro de objetivos.
- Reportar periódicamente los KPI del desempeño de la maquinaria de Marketing.
- Dar seguimiento al avance de las metas de cierres de clientes y ventas.
- Monitoreo de las llamadas e indicadores de desempeño de los telemercadistas.
- Revisión de los prospectos generados por semana.
- Dar seguimiento a clientes para atención y cuidar su retención.
- Planear, organizar, coordinar e implementar la logística de eventos.
- Aplicar los guiones y listas de verificación de operación existentes y apoyar en su mejora.
- Apoyar el diseño y mejora de las piezas de marketing.
- Negociar con proveedores para la implementación del plan de marketing.
- Realizar y poner a consideración del Coach el calendario de eventos.
- Capacitar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Dar seguimiento a prospectos que asisten a los eventos y que nos contactan.
- Realizar alianzas estratégicas con empresas, instituciones y organizaciones que apoyen el logro de objetivos de nuestra organización.
- Administrar la base de datos de clientes y prospectos y llevar el control en el CRM.
- Realizar negociaciones con proveedores.

Salario
- $12,000 más comisiones

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $12,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
