- A graduated in business management or marketing, or a junior professional with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, not shy, problem-solving, willing to work in a multicultural environment.
- Multitask, capable to handle more projects, and deliver them on time and beyond clients’ expectations.
- Very good communication skills.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Directed by a Mexican supervisor and US team managers, your primary role will be to support proactively the development of the business of our corporate customers in Mexico, Latam and North America in general. Your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and relationships. Database creation with potential long-list of leads.
- Lead assessment, through analysis of business matching criteria, qualifying a short list of potential leads.
- Attending exhibitions to search and meet potential leads (buyers/clients).
- Sales activities: negotiation and closing.
- Direct meeting with potential buyers.
- Sales mission assistance during customers’ visiting Mexico.
- Market analysis: evaluation of import/export potential of the customers.

In addition to the responsibilities above, we expect the advisor will take a proactive and creative attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and genuine sales spirit.

**Note**: the job is teamwork. While managing the US local activities independently, the advisor will be constantly in contact (via Skype, direct meetings, etc.) with the client managers and other team members.

**COMPENSATION**
- A fixed monthly base
- A variable fee. The fee is based on a formula that takes into account the percentage of the monthly sales accountable to the North America office, the job role, and the other team members taking part in the projects. The calculation of the variable fee will be explained in detail during the job interview.
