**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Close to Forecast Budget Analyst will be responsible for activities related to the Close to Forecast process for the Legal Function in Corporate HQ. This role will be responsible for G&A close support including but not limited to journal entry preparation, performance reporting, headcount cost tracking, and supporting the periodic forecast activities.

**Your Impact**

**As DL201 - Close to Forecast Analyst, your functions would consist of**:

- Provide financial updates to budget owners each period, highlighting and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast
- Support the period close process including cause of change analysis and providing insights into the key drivers of the business results
- Support sector billing process - planning and forecasting potential true-ups to plan
- Prepare necessary journal entries to ASG Control team
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and financial process support, as well as to special projects
- Build strong working relationships with business partners
- Load forecast to our Global Financial Planning tool: TM1

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for master's degree
- 6months
- 1 year of relevant finance experience
- Strong FP&A skills and experience with forecasting and planning cycles
- Teamwork and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports a plus)
- Ability to work as a team player and support cross functional teams
- Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional planning and time management skills
- Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment
- Adaptable to multi-cultural environment
- Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrixed organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to handle high-volume multiple priorities under pressure and be self-motivating
