**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Responsible to operate all price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil (entire Brazil territory with 27 states with each IVA aspects, ~300 price lists; ~200 SKU’s; 3 operational systems, 3 different channels). Also support Pricing Manager and Brazilian stakeholders (Sales and Finance teams) related to price processes.

**Your Impact**

As Sales Finance Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Be part of LATAM’s GBS team delivering and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s.
- Responsible to operate price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil OU into three operational systems (SAP, FAS and Totvs).
- Identify gaps and processes opportunities and propose to GBS leader also stakeholders corrective measures.
- Support Brazil Sales and Finance teams in analysis, doubts and demands related to Pricing processes.
- Design, implement and execute the LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values.

Qualifications:

- ** Computer literate**: SAP/Totvs/FAS, Power Point, Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- ** Language**: Spanish / English advanced.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills.
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience.
