Tool Room Technician
- Perform Preventative maintenance injection plastic Molds
- Plan and Schedule Mold Preventative Maintenance
- Responsible for Molds Corrective maintenance and troubleshoot
- Support Engineering department on the of New Molds Introduction
- Provide improvement ideas to reduce PM lead time on Molds
- Support Molding Process Technicians on Molds/Machine/Process problems
- Maintenance and troubleshooting, in the assembly and packaging and peripheral equipment’s
- Implement new improvement ideas to reduce time in molds to increase the availability
- Support Maintenance and Facility areas
- Detect and solve equipment failures according to the routines and maintenance procedures
- Update CMMS System and close all the work orders.
- Support to engineering and quality teams in new projects, engineering changes and quality issues
- Help to control spare parts usage
- Follow up to TPM activities and metrics
