- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related fields
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP

**Your Tasks**:

- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and compensation data
- Experienced in HR reporting and Financial analytics, ADP experience.
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure that all employees are enrolled in the correct plans
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Provide administrative support to the HR team with a variety of tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and creating reports

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
