- HR Administrator assists in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, providing administrative support, managing employee records, and facilitating HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee files and information.
- Updating and managing HR master data in compliance with legal reporting requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and data analysis for HR management and other departments.
- Utilize HR software and tools to manage HR data, processes, and communication.
- Assist employees in using HR systems for self-service functions.
- Communication to internal stakeholders, providing information and advice linked to internal HR policies and processes.
- Solve the tickets related to its function received through Service Now.
- Adhering to and continuously staying updated on internal HR processes and policies.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in relevant area
- 1+ Years of experience in HR or strong interest in the area.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of LATAM and USA/CAN HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, experience on automation and digitalization of processes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service
