This position will support on a day-to-day basis all activities of the Commercial and Operations team.

Analysis, control and follow up of all BSAs & OFAs for all customers that operate in Mexican locations; as well as support for all Mexico’s team customers and their operations worldwide.

Coordinate and follow up with the Billing teams to ensure total alignment with what has been offered to customers or agreed in the tender process and business needs.

Prepare and review the activity and volume reports in compliance with Mexican energy and tax authorities and ensure these reports are entered in the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) Web Site Portal

Review daily all relevant websites from various government entities about news or regulation that could affect our business; especially related to the Mexican Energy Reform and the new government to ensure compliance with the Energy authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible of coordination and follow up with worldwide sales support and salespeople to ensure all setups (prices, margins, differentials, UOM, currency, customer information, contacts, invoicing and operations purposes, price notifications, adjustments, etc. are correctly set up at the system during and after tender.

Verify that every customer first new business invoice is accurate based on what was agreed with the customer.

Load all the Fees updates for Mexican locations.

Answer internal & external customer inquiries, research customer problems and prepare necessary documents to resolve any issue including validation, documentation and resolution of disputes. Provide resolution to billing issues in less than 24 hrs.

Revision and maintenance of Mexico office customers flight schedules at Mexican and International locations to ensure the billing team can accurately invoice our customers. Includes coordination with Intoplane agent information.

Prepare the daily and weekly Sales & Purchase Reports for the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) that are required by law. Reports include daily fuel sales and purchase on a flight by flight basis for all products we sell: t Jet Fuel, Avgas, Marine Diesel and ULSD Diesel in compliance with our Commercialization Permit.

Support to the commercial supply team for gathering information and feedback from other offices for the approval of supply tenders for Mexican locations.

Support to the Mexico sales team for entering customer tender information in the system and follow up of the approvals by other supply managers.

Review daily of any energy related news from different sources of information by energy authorities or new regulation pertaining our business and advise relevant areas to ensure compliance with new Energy authorities.
