- Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain rack molding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Monitor production processes and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the flawless functioning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and report any deviations.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Requirements:
- Elementary school education (complete or incomplete), or equivalent knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience of at least 3 months in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to determine and implement process improvements.
- Proven ability to successfully operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Must pass the hiring filters.
