**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- Supporting the Routing Capabilities (Strategic Routing, Daily Routing, Route Design) on the definition and optimal use of tools like OT1 (our main platform for Routing).
- Detect process improvement opportunities and perform agyle initiatives to consolidate and document them according to a continuous improvement development and implementation plan.
- Define and maintain a governance model to ensure consistency and control over the process and tools that enable the capabilities.
- Manage the health of the Routing Platform OT1 (36 thousand Routes) by communicating to stakeholders a weekly summary and monthly analytics of the issues, reviews and improvements requested by the functions and performed by the GTM Capabilities Coordinator.
- Escalate issues and risks to stakeholders when identifying governance or performance opportunities.
- Develop and enable key tools and platforms training to Strategic Routing and Daily Routing Capabilities teams to reinforce, update, or onboarding for new roles, including interacting local roles, ensuring priorities and knowledge sharing.
- Service will be provided to across GTM & Routing CoE’s Capabilities.

**Your Impact**

As Power BI Sr. Developer Data Modeler your responsibilities would consist of:

- Develop, implement and manage the operative model to ensure optimal use of tools like OT1 (our main platform for Routing) across the capabilities.
- Activate and manage the continuous improvement model to capture opportunities and provide solutions.
- Define and maintain a governance model to ensure consistency and control over the process and tools that enable the capabilities.
- Share a weekly summary to communicate the issues, reviews and improvements requested by the functions and performed by the GTM Capabilities Coordinator.
- Escalate issues and risks to stakeholders when identifying governance or performance opportunities.
- Develop the specific training and support materials for different purpose such as to reinforce, update, or onboarding.

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
- Professional / Bachelor degree / MBA a plus.
- ** English**: fluent professional.
- Strong understanding of Go-to-Market and DSD route processes and activities.
- Previous Route Engineering or Modeling experience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Detailed understanding of PepsiCo's Supply Chain, the broader PepsiCo functions and general understanding of the broader CPG landscape.
- Expertise in routing tools, database tools, web design tools, MS Excel, Acrobat, SharePoint, MS Access.
- Ability to lead and influence internally & externally, across divisions and functions - at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Results oriented with robust planning and follow up skills.
