**ROAD BREAKDOWN SPECIALIST**:The main objective of this position is to assist the company's operators in repairs and breakdowns of the tractor-trailers, either directing them to the terminals or giving the instructions required for roadside repairs. This position also plays an important role in the success of warranty recovery of any defective components in Werner units.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work on maintenance requests for tractor-trailers.
- Answer calls from operators and mechanical service providers.
- Schedule repair services as requested.
- Answer calls from operators of transport companies and schedule corresponding repair and maintenance services.
- Work in the supplier system generating purchase orders.
- Work on special requests, such as prioritizing operator emergencies (breakdowns, blockages, weather situation

**EDUCATION**

Professionals in careers suchs as International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- English Fluency Advanced (B2 High - C1)
- Experience in Road Service, Breakdown, Safety or related to land transport companies
- Experience communicating with companies in United Stated for road support issues, routes, breakdowns, lodging or related situations.
- Customer service oriented, attention to details, communication, active listening, problem solving, dynamism.

**Salary**: $23,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
