**Network Infrastructure**

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The NMS TAC is part of a Global TAC is part of a Global TAC, serving more than 50 customers in LAT. While working on several technologies, technical processes and platforms, our team seeks to accomplish metrics, improve customer satisfaction on all Service Level Agreements.

**What is Nokia looking for from me**

**You have**:

- Experience in operation systems
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Familiarity with programming languages (desired Java)
- Desire to learn, a proactive mindset and have an attitude for self-study
- English proficiency

**What you´ll be doing**:.
- Interface with engineers from a variety of other disciplines including software, systems engineering, and test to deliver best in class end to end solutions and perform HW analysis
- Analyze and document issues into the NFM-P Platform
- Brainstorm and collaborate with multifunctional teams on solutions to resolve system issues
- Learn troubleticket process for case documentation.
