- Exposure to manufacturing departments/staff/activities, cost accounting, reporting and variance analysis or equivalent, relevant development experience. 5-8 years of experience
- Power BI experience desired.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, available to travel

**Responsible for internal and external financial reporting of site and Business Unit financial results.**

Develops and maintains cost accounting systems. Responsible for inventory accounting and valuation.

**Responsible for customer interface to include pricing, invoicing, bids/RFQ’s and new program integration.**

Does revenue forecasting and tracking by customer program. Responsible for Global Business Unit Finance support.

**Responsible for the conversion to new ERP system, provides ERP system support to other Reconext sites.**

Performs weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations for the SAPI conversion process.

**Researches variances and discrepancies as needed. Broadcasts results. Recommends improvements to the process to reduce un-accounted for inventory.**

Interacts with Production Control to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Reviews and audits BOM’s to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices.

**Analyzes actual labor, material, and overhead cost against Standard/Budget. Researches and explains variances. Reports this information monthly or as needed.**

Prepares analysis of fixed spending by department. Shows actual vs. budget and identifies and explains variances.

Supports Plant Controller’s efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance.

**Performs weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations for conversion process. Researches variances and discrepancies as needed. Broadcasts results. Recommends improvements to the process to reduce un-accounted for inventory.**
