**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**:
Support the development of a quality culture trough Educating the organization to the need continues improvement & assuring customers of Eaton’s commitment to quality.

**Essential Functions**:

- ** **Develop Process Control Plans & Review Data collection Methods
- Interact with & Assist customer on quality Related issues.
- Participate in & Lead Problem Solving Analysis & Report
- Assist in the development of PFMEA and PPAP’s
- Assist in the preparation of customer required reporting
- Actively participate in manufacturing & process improvement teams as the voice of the customer
- Tracks Customer Review Score Cards and OEM’s Customer Portals

**Qualifications**:
**Basic qualifications**:

- Manufacturing Experience
- Data Analytics & Statistics
- Problem Solving
- Fluent English
- Negotiation Skills
- Core Tools

**Preferred**:

- More that 5 Years of Experience on Automotive Industry
- Posses Good Communication and interpersonal Skills & decision-making Skills
- Good Auditing Skills would be Advantageous
- Willingness to learn and travel
