**FINANCIAL SPECIALIST**

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Gestión y supervisión de las actividades financieras y contables de la empresa, asegurando la precisión y conformidad con los estándares financieros y fiscales.

2. Elaboración y análisis de informes financieros y presupuestos para informar a la alta dirección sobre el desempeño financiero de la empresa.

3. Coordinación y supervisión de auditorías internas y externas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y regulaciones financieras.

4. Manejo de la tesorería, incluyendo la gestión de flujos de efectivo, la supervisión de cuentas bancarias y la optimización de inversiones.

5. Colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar la precisión y coherencia de los datos financieros en todos los aspectos del negocio de manufactura.

6. Participación en la identificación y aplicación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos financieros y contables de la empresa.

7. Mantenimiento de un profundo conocimiento de las normativas fiscales y financieras pertinentes, asegurando el cumplimiento en todas las operaciones de la empresa.

9. Controlar y gestionar las operaciones financieras diarias, incluyendo presupuestación, reportes financieros y operación de fondos del departamento financiero.

10. Monitorear y prever con precisión el flujo de efectivo, determinando y manteniendo una estructura razonable de pasivos y capital de la empresa. Proporcionar orientación financiera estratégica e ideas para respaldar procesos de toma de decisiones y mejorar el rendimiento financiero general.

10. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, como compras, manufactura y ventas, para garantizar alineación financiera y respaldar objetivos comerciales.

12. Monitorear y analizar indicadores financieros, identificando áreas de mejora, oportunidades de ahorro de costos y estrategias de mitigación de riesgos.

13. Proporcionar análisis financiero y recomendaciones para inversiones de capital, nuevos proyectos y oportunidades de expansión empresarial.

**Requisitos**:
1. Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Administración financiera. Título y cédula.

2. Experiência mínima de 5 años en funciones financieras en empresas de manufactura.

3. Conocimiento sólido de los principios contables, prácticas de auditoría y regulaciones fiscales.

4. Habilidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno multidisciplinario.

5. Competencia demostrada en el uso de software financiero y de contabilidad, así como en Microsoft Excel.

6. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades en un entorno dinámico.

7. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.

8. Dominio de sistemas ERP o SAP para gestión financiera y reportes.

9. Excelente conocimiento de regulaciones financieras, tributación y principios contables en México.

10. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de interpretar datos financieros complejos y proporcionar ideas estratégicas.

11. Alta capacidad para el análisis y reportes financieros, incluyendo presupuestación y previsión.

12. Habilidad demostrada para gestionar eficazmente el flujo de efectivo, pasivos y estructura de capital.
