Vacancy : ESG Specialist / Especialista de ESG

Position overview

  • Coordinar y ejecutar iniciativas de ESG en línea con los objetivos de la empresa y los compromisos de ESG.
  • Coadyuvar en el diseño de una estrategia ESG organizada para abordar los problemas más materiales para nuestro negocio (partiendo de los resultados del estudio de doble materialidad).
  • Compilar y analizar datos para evaluar la efectividad de las iniciativas y programas; tomar decisiones basadas en datos para la mejora continua, y elaborar informes para el Consejo de Administración asegurando una representación precisa de nuestras iniciativas de ESG.
  • Colaborar con departamentos internos, incluidos [Legal/Compliance], [People & Culture], [Finanzas], para garantizar que las operaciones de la empresa se alineen con los compromisos de ESG.
  • Coordinar la huella anual de emisiones financiadas de NFCx, lo que incluye la recopilación de datos, educación/capacitación, control de calidad, cálculo, análisis e informes.
  • Apoyar a los miembros del Comité de ASG en la gestión y ejecución de iniciativas de ESG, contribuyendo a la dirección estratégica y al éxito de nuestros programas (definiendo, implementando y dando seguimiento de KPIs, por ejemplo)
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con proveedores ya establecidos y participar en la selección de proveedores, de la mano con el área de Compras.
  • Utilizar técnicas de gestión de proyectos para manejar múltiples proyectos y entregables.
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones a [CFO y/o Dirección General] según sea necesario, especialmente en lo que respecta a los cambios en los cambios en procesos, sistemas, métricas, objetivos, etc., en comparación con el año anterior.
  • Fungir como experto interno y asesor en todos los aspectos relacionados con el ESG y brindar orientación según sea necesario a las partes interesadas internas.
  • Realizar investigaciones en internet y otros medios sobre diversos temas de ESG, incluidos esfuerzos de pares, marcos/estándares, regulaciones y estrategias de descarbonización.
  • Trabajar con el área de People & Culture para la organización y ejecución de eventos de ESG, asegurando que reflejen nuestros valores y contribuyan a nuestros objetivos de sostenibilidad.
  • Gestionar los esfuerzos externos de marca de ESG en conjunto con los equipos de People & Culture y Marketing para posicionar a NFCx como líder en ESG.
  • Trabajar con partes interesadas internas y el equipo de People & Culture para seleccionar contenido para programas de capacitación según sea necesario.

Requirements

  • Educación : Licenciatura preferiblemente en un campo relacionado con el Administración, Medio Ambiente / Sustentabilidad (ejemplo, en economía ambiental, ciencias ambientales o ingeniería, gestión ambiental, o un campo relacionado).
  • Sólida experiencia en la gestión y supervisión de proyectos ESG:

5+ años de experiencia en ESG, Sustentabilidad, Capital Humano o campos relacionados, con un historial comprobado de liderar programas de sustentabilidad o responsabilidad social.

3+ años de experiencia en un rol financiero, de sostenibilidad y reportes, o en un rol de análisis y gestión de datos

  • Inglés avanzado
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, con la capacidad de inspirar y movilizar equipos en toda la organización hacia objetivos comunes.
  • Compromiso y conocimiento sólido de los principios de diversidad, equidad, inclusión y sustentabilidad.
  • Fuertes habilidades de pensamiento estratégico y sistémico con capacidad para colaborar con los miembros del equipo en las mejores prácticas.
  • Dirección y gestión de proyectos
  • Atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas
  • Dominio de aplicaciones de MS Office como Word, Excel y Power Point.
  • Capacidad para promover el cambio para impulsar la agenda de preparación regulatoria de ESG. -
  • Pasión por / experiencia en ESG y sostenibilidad.
  • Fuerte habilidad para trabajar de manera transversal y comunicarse de manera profesional y efectiva, tanto interna como externamente, con todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Comprensión del panorama de informes de ESG y marcos clave de informes.
  • Experto en desarrollar, idear y mantener un plan viable para implementar las iniciativas de ESG.
  • Fuerte capacidad para "hacer que las cosas sucedan"; sabe a quién acudir en busca de ayuda, muestra respeto por las personas independientemente de su posición, mantiene una red de contactos de quienes obtener asistencia, aprecia la escasez de recursos y los administra cuidadosamente.
