**Objetivo principal del puesto**:
Proporciona soporte a los usuarios en el uso de los sistemas computacionales existentes en: redes, PC´S, comunicaciones, suministros, instalación de software, etc. que mantengan y actualicen los sistemas, a través del uso de procedimientos, controles, coordinación con proveedores del servicio, así como el uso adecuado de suministros y programas, para dar soporte a todos los usuarios y garantizar un lugar de trabajo óptimo.

**Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades**:

- Soporte técnico con usuarios administración en Active Directory, MS Office, VMware, Windows Server y equipos cisco.
- Proveer soporte para problemas de sistemas y equipos en el piso de producción de manufactura.
- Documentar los procesos y procedimientos relevantes de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad.
- Diagnostica y resuelve problemas complejos que afectan el funcionamiento de la red.
- Planifica y programa mantenimientos en sistemas de manufactura para optimizar su utilización. Agrega y modifica cuentas de usuario.
- Desarrolla, modifica y mantiene los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) de la función de TI

Carrera profesional en las áreas de Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas o disciplinas similares.

**Experiência**:
2-5 años de experiência probada en el campo o área afín.

**Requerimientos Deseables**:

- Inglés Medio.
- Programación (orientado a objetos, PHP, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap).
- SQL nível Básico (manejo de vistas, sentencias, procedimientos almacenados, triggers.)
- Desarrollo de Diagramas de flujo, diccionario de datos.
- Servidores ambientes web y datos dedicados.
- Manejo de ERP y MRP - JDE Edwards.
- Certificación de CompTIA A+.
