**Zona de trabajo**:San Lorenzo Almecatla.

**Detalles del puesto**:

- Coordinar el equipo del departamento de control y administración del proyecto para el cumplimiento delos requerimientos emitidos por Volskwagen de México. S.A. DE C.V.
- Brindar atención personalizada al cliente: Juntas, recorridos, presentaciones y seguimiento a los acuerdos en cada etapa del proyecto.
- Analizar ingenierías y catálogos de conceptos con la finalidad de identificar de manera oportuna posibles oportunidades para lograr tiempos y objetivos de la planeación.
- Control presupuestal, control de órdenes de cambio y control del cronograma del proyecto.
- Coordinar juntas de seguimiento, minutas de compromisos y elaboración de reportes de avance en sitio.
- Supervisar obra civil, estructuras y acabados al interior y exterior, asegurando su calidad y apego a planos.
- Elaborar reporte final del proyecto.
- Brindar apoyo al equipo de CINMSA en campo y oficina.
- Analizar junto con el equipo de construcción, cualquier faltante de ingeniería y hacer las solicitudes con anticipación.
- Gestionar en la identificación de posibles riesgos para mitigar impacto.
- Coordinar el control de documentos para cierre óptimo de las obras.
- Birndar al cliente confianza y satisfacción absoluta.
- _Horario: lunes a viernes de 8 am a 6 pm, sábados de 8 am a 1 pm._
- _Salario negociable._

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobable (mínimo 10 años).
- Documentación en regla.
- Disposición para entrevista.
