**The Opportunity**
We are in search of a dynamic and resourceful Recruiting Coordinator / Executive Assistant hybrid who will play a vital role in supporting our Company's Recruiting function and Executive Team. As the go-to person for calendar management and travel arrangements, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. With your excellent communication skills, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment. Maintaining confidentiality and upholding professionalism will come naturally to you, as you effortlessly take charge of these important responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Recruiting team to effectively coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a seamless hiring process and significantly reducing the time to hire.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of their daily activities, including managing their demanding schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings, and making appropriate travel arrangements.
- Actively participate in meetings, attentively take detailed notes, and diligently follow up on action items to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate utmost integrity and professionalism in handling highly sensitive and confidential information, while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols and ensuring the utmost discretion in all interactions and communications.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
