**Reclutador(a) Junior de TI**
**Ubicación**: Aguascalientes, Ags.
**Responsabilidades**:
**Atracción de talento**:
- Publicar ofertas de empleo en diversas plataformas (portales de empleo, redes sociales, etc.).
- Participar en ferias de empleo y eventos de reclutamiento.
- Revisar y filtrar currículums.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas.
- Coordinar las diferentes etapas del proceso de selección.
- Mantener una comunicación constante y transparente durante el proceso.
**Administración de herramientas**:
- Elaborar reportes sobre el estado de los procesos de reclutamiento.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en reclutamiento.
- Conocimientos básicos en reclutamiento a través de redes sociales.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
**Deseable**:
- Conocimiento del sector de Tecnologías de la Información.
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado (un plus).
