**YOUR ROLE**
- Work on Defined Tasks: Carry out tasks as outlined by the respective departments or processes. This involves following instructions and completing assignments according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist in administrative duties related to the marketing and sales processes.
- Support Business Functions: Provide support to various business functions within the organization. This could involve offering insights and analysis to help optimize marketing strategies, improve sales performance, and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. This includes liaising with colleagues from marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. This information can be used to inform decision-making and develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Provide Reports and Analysis: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations. Present analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field is typically required for a Marketing and Sales Analyst position
- Service Delivery: Understanding the principles of service delivery and ensuring that marketing and sales strategies align with customer expectations and organizational goals.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills are essential for conveying insights, presenting reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot problems that arise in marketing and sales operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is often required for data analysis, reporting, and managing spreadsheets. Familiarity with other analytical tools or software can also be beneficial.
