**Job Description**:
**About job**

Based on the reporting team, this role is accountable for the exeution of all tasks particularly related to panel health and ad-hoc project validations, or R/RES & Census back-office validations, or data collection inqueries, or audit and quality control chekcs partnering with other teams (where applicable), and other E2E departments, to ensure on-time delivery and continuous quality improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for scheduling auditor training, device inventory and maintenance.
- Supports the PM&FV Cluster Leader to eliminate redundancies and duplication of efforts, reduction of heavy manual processes, to rapidly respond to business demands and contribute to an optimized end-to-end operations model.
- Monitor and maintain any required store list (Non-cooperators).
- Data extraction for data collection inqueries using C-DAR modules (Raw Data extracts, Oral Purchases etc).
- Responsible for updating panel health KPI's and data, generating results and reports from GKPI and other C-DAR modules, and providing ongoing reports to Cluster Leader.
- Accountable for timely and accurate recruitment/drop instructions, setting up requirements for PMU in recruitment planning.
- Execute the improvement action plan established by Panel Manager

**Requirements**:

- College or University degree, preferably in Industrial, Administration.
- Experience with MS Office and SQL, R (desirable).
- Working knowledge of relevant programming language and database structures.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in an individual and/or team setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced English(written and oral)
