In this position you will work across departments to ensure operational employees and staff have the required skills and knowledge to perform their assigned tasks. Develop strategies to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. Owner of internal promotion system and certification process.

HR Business Partner
**Your responsibilities**:
- Onboarding process for blue collar employees, lead induction. - company culture, integrity and compliance topics, basic organizational information, etc.
- Coordinate technical training for entry level activities for shop floor employees.
- Collaborate with other areas/functions for the delivery of basic trainings in Training Center.
- Lead a team of trainers, administrate such resources to comply with training activities.
- Owns skill matrix for the site (shop floor positions), administrates employee certification process and according to documentation.
- Partner with operations to detect training needs and deliver theoretical/practical training for continuous improvement.
- Monitoring documentation of the release process of trained personnel for the production line.
- Collaborate with Quality and Health & Safety in training efforts. Collaborate with Manufacturing team, to ensure every area has accurate and complete job descriptions.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering or similar.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Training and Learning roles.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, power point, payroll, OHR and Outlook.
- Effective interpersonal skills: proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
